Ingredients:
4 cups boneless chicken breasts, cooked and finely chopped
4 tablespoons onion flakes

2 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
1 cup cream Campbell's Healthy Request Chicken Soup
1 cup frozen artichoke hearts
2 cups long grain rice brown rice
6 oz grated low fat cheddar ½
Preparation:
Start by turning on the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F.
Mix all spices and soup in a large mixing bowl.
Add brown rice, artichoke hearts and chicken and continue mixing.
Take a baking dish and sprinkle with a light vegetable oil to prevent sticking, then place the mixture evenly in baking dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the mixture and bake for 30-35 minutes.
